About Me
After completing a technical degree in Culinary Arts, I began working at various high-end restaurants and events, such as Muhammad Ali's 70th birthday party and have worked along side known celebrity chefs such as Beau Macmillan, Mark Tarbell, and many others. Once I became pregnant with my beautiful son, I knew my career in the restaurant field would have to come to a halt so I started my own business as a freelance writer and recipe developer. I have done recipes and recipe testing for companies such as Torani, Arizona Spice Company, Bob's Red Mill, and Cook's Vanilla, just to name a few. I have also won numerous recipe competitions such as first place for the 2014 Star Olive Oil competition. I am a perfectionist, creative, and always looking for innovative recipes to come up with. My recipes work flawlessly, are well written, conform to food safety standards, and taste great. I am constantly researching food trends and what kinds of ingredients and techniques are current and have staying power. I create my recipes unique to each individual company and around the level of sophistication of the target audience.

Why hire a recipe developer?
Companies can use my recipes in order to help promote new or seasonal products by posting them on product packaging, their website, on social media, in their emails, or in magazine and newspaper ads. Pricing Typical recipe developers charge anywhere between $300 and $600 per recipe, depending on experience or complexity of the recipes. Reimbursement for supplies is always separate and free product from the company to use for testing is expected, however, my rates are much more affordable and flexible. I typically charge between $50-$150 per recipe (depending on the complexity of the recipe) plus cost of supplies and free product, but I am very flexible and like to work around each individual company's needs and budget. If you have a specific deal or price in mind that works for you, I'd be happy to consider it. Bundle packages are also available. When working with me there are no hidden costs, you pay per recipe not per hour. Each package is tailored to individual needs, but here is a general overview of what you will get:
